Service Description
For those who want the ultimate experience, The Luxe Wonderland is our largest and most extravagant package. This setup creates a dreamy, interactive play space with premium features included. Best for: 20–25 kids What’s Included: - Giant Crystal Ball pit (10x8) - XL single slide - A deluxe bounce house (10x10) - Bubble Balloon House Experience + 100 balloons - 3 Climbers - Bubble Machines - Deluxe mats and safety fence - 3 Hoppers - 2 Banana rockers - 6 Soft play blocks - Themed decal customization - Safe and clean setup - Assembly, takedown, and sanitization service What is not included: generators Clients are responsible for providing a power source. If needed, generators are available to rent for an additional fee. For liability reasons, all generators must be rented directly through Lila Soft Play Rentals. Delivery fee based on location - First 5 miles is free and $2/mile thereafter. PS: Our bookings are available all day and flexible to your event start and end time. If your date is not available, it means we have limited available. Please contact us to double check, we might still be able to accommodate your preferred event date.
Cancellation Policy
Lila Softplay Rentals Booking Policy 1. Reservation Deposit: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required upon booking confirmation. This deposit holds your date and is applied toward your final balance. All credit/debit card payments have a 3.3% processing fee applied to total. 2. Full Payment Due Date: The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your event date. Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund. 3. Cancellations: We understand that plans can change! However, because our rentals require careful preparation and scheduling, cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will result in the loss of the full booking amount. For cancellations made more than 7 days before the event, the deposit will be retained, but any additional payments will be refunded. 4. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 7 days before your event date. We are happy to accommodate one reschedule based on availability within 6 months of the original booking date. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event may incur a fee. 5. Weather Policy: We want your event to be perfect! In case of bad weather, you may reschedule without penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For day-of cancellations due to weather, the deposit will be retained, but the remainder can be credited toward a future event within 6 months. 6. Liability and Safety: We pride ourselves on providing a safe and clean play environment. We ask that adult supervision is provided at all times during the rental period to ensure the safety of all children.
