Perfect for birthdays, playdates, or cozy celebrations at home, our Luxe Dream Pit is a beautiful 6x6 ball pit designed for kids ages 2 to 6. With soft padded flooring and hundreds of dreamy balls, it’s a safe and magical space for up to 6 children to jump in, play, and giggle their hearts out. Whether it’s their first time in a ball pit or their favorite activity ever, this compact setup brings all the fun without taking over your space — ideal for small backyards, patios, or indoor areas. Best for: 4 - 6kids What’s Included: - 1 deluxe 6x6 ball pit - Deluxe mats - 1 animal hopper - 1 mini slide - 3 soft play blocks - Safe and clean setup - Assembly, takedown, and sanitization service What’s Not Included: Bounce house, fence, other soft play equipment, fence, themed décor, bubble machine, additional toys and event add-ons Delivery fee based on location - First 5 miles is free and $2/mile thereafter. Cancellation Policy
Lila Softplay Rentals Booking Policy 1. Reservation Deposit: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required upon booking confirmation. This deposit holds your date and is applied toward your final balance. 2. Full Payment Due Date: The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your event date. Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund. 3. Cancellations: We understand that plans can change! However, because our rentals require careful preparation and scheduling, cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will result in the loss of the full booking amount. For cancellations made more than 7 days before the event, the deposit will be retained, but any additional payments will be refunded. 4. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 7 days before your event date. We are happy to accommodate one reschedule based on availability within 6 months of the original booking date. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event may incur a fee. 5. Weather Policy: We want your event to be perfect! In case of bad weather, you may reschedule without penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For day-of cancellations due to weather, the deposit will be retained, but the remainder can be credited toward a future event within 6 months. 6. Liability and Safety: We pride ourselves on providing a safe and clean play environment. We ask that adult supervision is provided at all times during the rental period to ensure the safety of all children.
